We publish elsewhere all the returns we could possibly obtain last evening of the voting in the contest, for the Superintondenev. They show the following results; Dick, 733; M'Giashan, 584; majority for Mr Dick, 354. The ‘-fiamaru Times” informs us that a “Government sale of sections in the township of Oainaru took place at the Court House on Saturday last. 19 sections were sold at from Ll2 ICs, the upset price, to Ll 9 10s, realising in all L 253 10s. A number of sections in the township of Herbert were put up, but none were disposed of.
