The Tangier correspondent of The Times states that Abd-el Krim's emissaries visited Tetuan, where they were entertained by the Spaniards with every mark of respect. They communicated Abd-cl Krim’s demand for Eiffian independence, which determination Abd-el Krim subsequently broadcasted throughout the tribes.—The Times.
