The world's most, powerful lighthouse is at Mont Afrique, near Dijon, France. It is on a plateau 1947 ft above sea.-lovol. It is intended to light the airway from Olgiers to Paris. In clear weather the rays from the lighthouse will bo visible within a radius of 300 miles. The V.gbt is of 874,000,000 candle-power.
