tUI DCNDAS MACKENZIE’S APPEAL. DISMISSED BY APPEAL COURT. (Pf.B United Pbess Association.) WELLINGTON, July 13. In the ease in which Dr Dnndas Mackenzie, of Auckland, appealed against being struck off the New Zealand Medical Register, Sir Robert Stout, stated this morning that since hearing Mr .Myers on Friday the Appeal Court, had had an opportunity of considering the evidence, and thought, it unnecessary to hear counsel fot the respondent. The judgment of the court, below should not be disturbed. The appeal was therefore dismissed, with costs on the highest scale.
