THEIR DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS. Pros* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, July 12. The Brussels correspondent of The Times says that the rumour of an early resumption of Russo-Belgian diplomatic relation is dissipated by M. _ Vandeivelde, Foreign Minister, who is returning from Paris, where he conversed with M Krassin (Soviet Minister in Paris). Uc stated that M. Krassin keenly desired a resumption, which he suggested should precede an. examination of the present difficulties. M. Vandcrveldo dissented, and told him that before relations could he resumed Belgium’s Russian interests would have first to bo guaranteed.—Tiro Times.
