A tragic affair occurred at Nuneaton, Worcestershire, when a young man, named George Arthur Booth, fell dead an hour after being married. Booth became engaged to Miss May Cookerill, the pretty young manageress of the Victory Cafe, Nuneaton. The couple were married at the registry office, and on the way home the bridegroom collapsed and died.
