CHANGE IN CONDITIONS. LONDON, June 29. Further evidence of the changing can, ditions in Turkey is contained in a message from the Constantinople correspondent of The Times, stating that it is now permissible to pray bareheaded in mosques. The correspondent says also that an aviation association in Angora has aiocepted three women as members, to be trained as pilots.
