HER UNLUCKY DAY
LIFT GIRL’S LAST WORDS. LONDON, June. 23. “I entered Brompton Hospital on 'a Friday and came to Tooting Hospital on a Friday. To-day is Friday, my unlucky day. You can all go homo now. I want to sleep.” These were the last words of Sissio Privott, for four years a lift girl at Australia House, who died of tuberculosis of the throat last Friday.
