XAVAL VISIT TO BALTIC. PROTESTS BY BOLSHEVISTS. LONDON, June 1. The Bolshevists continue to protest against the forthcoming British naval visit to the Baltic. The Riga correspondent of The Times says the Soviet leaders allege that the proposal has aroused alarm throughout Russia, which, apparently, they intend to stimulate by proclaiming martial law in the Kronstadt area the moment that the warships appear in the Baltic.
