MRS NASH AGAIN

FAILURE OF A CHARGE. SABAT BEY’S BRACELET. lUNDON, May 31. Mrs Nash and Sabat Bey, her former husband, have been acquitted on the charge of obtaining a diamond bracelet, valued at £2500, by false pretences (says a message from Paris). Mrs Nash, who aspired to be known as tho best-dressed woman in London, was divorced by Captain Nash. Mr Justice M*Cardie, on a previous occasion, when Captain Nash was sued for a large debt incurred by her for new gowns, commented severely on her extravagance. In March Mrs Nash was divorced from Sabat Bey, an Egyptian prince, a month after the marriage. She explained that there was no quarrel, but that their religious differences made married life impossible. Sabat Boy was sued last year by a Paris jeweller for the balance of the price of a £4OOO bracelet, which he was said to have given to Mrs Nash.
