CONSTRUCTION IN BRITAIN. LABOUR MOTION' OF CENSURE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. MELBOURNE, June 12. ’(Received June 12, at 8.15 p.m.) In the Fedora} House of Representatives Mr M. Charlton launched a Labour attack on the Government with a motion that the Government was deserving of the severest censure for a flagrant breach of faith in failing to honour a definite promise by the Prime Minister that he would consult the House before determining where the second cruiser should be built, and for anti-Australian action in sending millions of pounds out of the country for the construction of both cruisers abroad.
