(Received May 10, at 11.5 p.m.) Sir Loftus Bales, clerk of the course at Thirsk, states that he received a letter from the secretary of the Jockey Club to the effect that an analysis of Azimuth’s saliva does not reveal either a drug or a stimulant. Tlio Sunday Express interviewed Mr O'Sullivan’s secretary, who said: “The result does not surprise ns. vVe never had any doubt as to the result of the examination. Mr O'Sullivan is naturally upset at the Jockey's Club’s suspicions, and as far as we can sec he is unlikely to change his mind regarding the closing of his stables. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
