DANNEVIRKE RAM FAIR.
(Per United Press Association.) DANNEVIRKE, February 14. There was a large entry,for the annual Dannevirke ram fair'. The top price of 75gns was realised for a stud Romney bred by Mr J. E. Hewitt (Mangamaire), purchased by Mr R. Matthews, of Tikokino. Flock Romneys, Southdowns, and Lincolns realised good prices, all the leading Wairaraoa and Manawatu breeds being represented. The top price for Romneys was 23gns. ____________
