(Received Fob, 15, at 5.5 p.m.) The League of Nations Union gave a reception to a thousand students of the London University at the Imperial Institute with a view to the formation of a University International Assembly under the aegis cf a union similar to that established at Oxford. Doctor Baker said that tiro London University was more cosmopolitan than Oxford, as its overseas students included 120 from Australia, 400 from Africa, (00 from Asia, 250 from the United States, and 372 from Europe.
