WEDDING.

At (ho Moray Place Congregational Church yesterday morning, the Rev. "W. Saunders oflljiatod r ir the marriage of Irene Emcliu, younger daughter of Mr and Mrs T. S. Searle, of Albany street, and lan Johnstone, of Wnikoiinlti, son of Mr and Mrs V. J. Ross, of Kartigi. Wedding music was supplied by Mr Lilly. The bride, who looked particularly charming, was dressed in a pearl-trimmed frock of cream georgette with aceordcon-pleated panels at back and front. Her early Victorian veil was bound lo her head with .a coronet of silver tissue, and she carried a bouquet of cream roses. Her sister, Miss Elsie Searle, was bridesmaid, becomingly frockod in salmon-pink georgette with :i hat of black crinoline straw. Her nomine: was of pink carnations. After the ceremony a quiet reception was held in the Strand Salon, where Mrs Searle was hostess. She wore a gown of royal bine morocain, with a black crinoline straw hat, while Mrs Ross was dressed in mole figured morocain with a black hat. Mrs and Mrs Ross later left by motor on their wedding tour, the bride's travelling frock being of brown jersey silk with, a lace hat of Drown and gold and a brewn coat trimmed in heavy fur.
