HEATHCOTE-WILLIAMS SHIELD

AUCKLAND, December 10. The Auckland Grammar School tofm will leave for Christchurch on Sunday evening to play the Christchurch Boys' High School eleven for the Heathcote-Williams Shield. Each school has so far won seven shield matches. The players for the trip are: Mathoson, Horsley, Hoy. H Schnauer, Kasper, vV ells, • Hay, W&tkin, Willmott. Stewart, Bellingham.
BOYS’ ASSOCIATION. A Grade.—A Section: Dunedin v. Christian Brothers, Oval 1; Knikorai v. Technical A, M'Glashan. B Section: Technical B v. Grange, Oval 2; Y.M.C.A. v. Technical C, at Oval South. B Grade.—Y.M.C.A. v. Albion, North Ground; Maori Hill v. St. Peter’s, CW; Christian Brothers v. Kaikorai, Bishopscourt; M’GJashan a bye.
TECHNICAL COLLEGE MATCH. A match was played on the Oval on Tuesday afternoon between the Technical College and old boys of the college, in which the former proved victorious by 63 runs. Ine Old Boys won the loss and batted first, and were dismissed for CO runs (Cook 26 not out, and F. Culbert 10). For the College Ritchie took five for 30, Connor two for 20, Smith one for 2, and M'Carthy one for 10. The College made 119 (Rae 40, Eckhoff 15, Connor 14, M’Carthy 12, Ritchie 10). For the Old Boys Sew Hoy took two for 10, Baughen three for 21, F. Culbert one for 7, Witchell 2 for 33, and Blacklodge one for 12.
The following will represent Fullers against Post and Telegraph at the Oval today :—Hendry, Lang, Brown, Coster, Pister, Rosedalo, Manson, Verne, Moore, Wilson. Calland. ■
