Owing to the fact that Gasco Pressed Bricks (Ltd.) have erected a new plant with a larger capacity on a more convenient site at Miramar, Wellington, the present plant is for Removal and Sale. It is offered as a complete outfit with full equipment for an output from 40,000 to 50,000 compressed bricks per week. The equipment is in good running order and is at the present time doing its full output. Tenders are invited for the whole or part of the equipment, and will be received up to 15th January, 1925, accompanied by a deposit of 10 per cent, of the purchase, price.
