LONDON, December 9. (Received Dec. 10, at 10 p.m.) The Report of the managers of the Orient Line for the year ended June 30 i?commended a dividend of per cent, tax free, on the deferred stock. One huidred and fiftv thousand pounds was transferred to the reserve, and £64,929 sterling was carried forward. The Company’s profit balance was £3s9,642.—Reuter.
