BALLANTYNE.—On December 10, mi, at Dunedin, Annie Craufurd, dearly loved wife of Alexander Ballantyne, 19 Richmond street, South Dunedin; aged 6G years. “At rest.” Private interment. —B. Announcements of Births, Marriages, and Deaths sent by post for publication must bear the signature of our ageut, a clergyman, or a J.P. Charge for these, 3s each prepaid, or 4s if Imoked, when not exceeding five lines, and 6d for each line over five. “In Memoriam ” notices are Inserted at the same rates, but when verses are added an additional charge of 6d per line is made for each line cl space occupied. Notices of Deaths and Private Interment without reference to either time or place of interment: prepaid 6a Gd, booked 6s 6d. Notices of Death or Funeral, either where the funeral notice is a separate advertisement or is part of the death notice: prepaid Bs, booked 10s. In computing the lines of space to be occupied, advertisers are notified that they can reckon six words to tho line. All words over 30 are, therefore, charged 6d for each six words. Notifications of Births, Marriages, and Deaths appearing in the Dally Times are Inserted also In the Witness without additional charge. Advertisers are informed that letters addressed to a nom do plume or initials, care of any Post, Office, will not in future be received by the Postul Department.
