BROADCASTING CASE SETTLED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, December 9.
When the case of the Sydney uaily Telegraph Newspaper Company v. Broadcasters, Ltd., came before the Equity Court it was announced that a settlement had been arrived at.
The Daily Telegraph Company filed an application to restrain the Broadcasters’ Company from broadcasting news said to have been contained in plaintiff’s newspaper.
PSYCHE AS TIMBER HULK. SYDNEY, December 9. The former warship Psyche, which was at one time on the New Zealand station, was anchored at Port Stephens, where she will be used as a timber storage hulk.
