(Received Dec. 8, at 11.15 p.m.) The suspension by the Workers’ Federations of the Port Phillip Stevedores and the Melbourne Wharf Labourers’ Unions has been lifted, but so far no move has been made in the direction of calling the strike off, though no further vessels have been declared “black.”
