ROME, December 7. Mr Austen Chamberlain and Sir Ronald Graham (Ambassador at Rome) drove Aft a drenching rain to the foreign Office, where Mr Chamberlain had a cordial interview with Signor Mussolini. He was subsequently received by the Ring at the Quirinal after which he was given an official luncheon by Sir Ronald Graham. Most of the members of the Embassy were present. Mr Chamberlain and Sir Ronald Graham sat on the right of the Queen and King respectively, the other guests included the Crown Prince and the Duchess of Aosta. —Reuter. '
