POLICE BESIEGE HOUSE. THREE INSURGENTS KILLED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright REVAL, December 7. The police surrounded a house near Reval, where some of those who participated in the recent disturbances had taken refuge. The firing lasted all night, and the police succeeded in entering the house at daybreak. Three Communists were killed, including an ex-deputy named Sommerling. Three policemen were wounded.—Reuter.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS. REVAL, December 7. (Received Dec. 8, at 10.20 p.m.) While pursuing and breaking up the bands of Communists the police surrounded a house, from which the Communists opened fire. One inmate jumped from a window and was killed while attempting to escape. When the police entered they found two corpses, apparently those of the intelligentsia. The owner of the house hanged himself in a barn during the fight.—Reuter.
