' (Received Sept. 21, at 5.5 p.m.) The Morning Post's Paris correspondent i says that according to reports from Tiflia'; the Reds entered the Georgian, capital on September 18 after desperate n'gbting- . They immediately executed 600 of tha leading citizens, and imprisoned hundreds of others. The Reds are now commanded by Gene- : ral Budieny. a noted cavalry leader, "who is bringing aeroplanes, troops, armoured j cars, and a dozen armoured trains from,-; Batum. The Georgians are retreating to the hills, -where a long guerrilla ■warfare is probable. Some are entering Azerbaijan, where the Mohammedan Tartars are sue- ! cessfully revolting. It is reported that there are large fires on the Baku, oilfields, due to deliberate dynamiting -by workmen, -who are discontented with the low wages paid by tho Reds, who are now attempting to exploit the oil veils ae*' Government property. —A. and N.Z-' Cable.
