LONDON, September 19. (Received Sept. 21, at 5.5 p.m.) The Transport Workers’ Union has decided to make an offer to the Covent Garden employers to resume work fortnwith, and thereafter to continue negotiations from where they were broken off,— A. and N.Z. Cable.
