Sir James Craig denies that he is in any way hampering the peace efforts that Mr Ramsay MacDonald may have undertaken in the hope of settling the boundary question by consent. On live other hand, ho had repeatedly declared hia readiness to settle tho matter by mutual agreement, but Mr Cosgrave as yet had not responded to his overtures. If any peace moves were heinc made behind the scenes, said Sir James’ Craig, ho had not been consulted. Ho had received no communication -whatsoever from Mr MacDonald since the amending Bill was introduced.— Reuter.
