Matrimonial differences Between the Duke and Duchess of Westminster were revealed before the Vacation Court to-day, when a motion on behalf of the Duchess for an interlocutory injunction to restrain the Duke from ejecting the Duchess and her servants from Bourdon House, London, was dismissed. The Duchess, in June, filed a petition for divorce, which was served on the Duke in August, ’rince then counsel claimed that the'Duchess has not been allowed to live in Bourdon House. —Reuter. The Duke and Duchess of Westminster were married in 1920, the Duchess being the former Mrs Violet Mary Geraldine Rowley, who divorced her first husband, a Guards officer. The Duke had also been married previously, the first Duchess being formerly Constance Edwina Corn-wallis-West, who divorced him m 1919.
