CHALMERS LICENSING COMMITTEE.
The quarterly mooting of (lie Chalmers Incensing Committee was held at Pert Chalmers yesterday. Mr .T. K. Bartholomew presiding. The other members of the committee present were:—Messrs A. Cable. T. B. Wilson, O. 8011, W. Morgan, and I). A. Do Mans. Two transfers of licenses wore granted—stated that tho hotels were being conducted, generally speaking, satisfactorily.. Tw otransfers of licenses were granted—namely, (he Middlemnrch Hotel, from Angus Murray M‘lvor to James Mnir, and the Terminus Hotel, Outran), from George Sc!wyn Wright to Joseph O’Donnell. Mr Baylee (representing Mr Hanlon) appeared o nbchalf of the transferees.
