MR MACDONALD’S PLAN. A COURT OF ARBITRATION. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright, GENEVA, September 3. (Received Sept. 4, at 9.5 p.m.) Mr MacDonald raised the veil on his disarmament plan. Addressing the journalists, he suggested a Court of Arbitration, the constitution of which should be decided between the various Governments. He was convinced diat America would participate in an ad hoc conference on disarmament, which should be held in Europe, possibly at Geneva. In the meantime the American plan for disarmament would be referred to the League’s committee for examination.— Reuter. MR MACDONALD’S ARRIVAL. GENEVA, September 3. On his arrival Mr MacDonald was met at the station by a large crowd, .vl.o cheered him loudly, and shouted 'Wive MacDonald! Vive La Paix!’’—Reuter.
