IN UEMORIASI. BAKEN.—In loving memory of our dear and gallant laddie, Gunner W. J. Eric Baken (9/110, Main Body), who made the supreme sacrifice at Achiet-!e-Petit on August 26. 1918; aged 23 rears. M'DONALD.—In loving memory of Corporal John Fyfe M'Donald (10th Reinforcements), who was killed in action in Franco on August 25, 1918; and Gunner William Adair M'Donald (Field Artillery, 4th New Zealand Reinforcements), who died from pneumonia in Egypt on November 6, 1915; and Bombardier Thomas M'Donald (N.Z.A., 4th New Zealand Reinforcements, 2/L324), who died in Dunedin on Alarch 8, 1919; aged 24. “ Missed, sadly missed.” Their’s was a gift of sacrifice; They laid the world away, Gave up the years to be of work, and joy, And that unhoped serene men call age, Yet will remembrance still hold them supremely dear. —lnserted by their loving parents (AI.
