A MIDSHIPMAN DROWNED
COLONIAL’S NARROW ESCAPE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, August 18. Threo midshipmen, Messrs Goode (Adelaide), Bull (Now South Wales), and Jones, an English boy, were yachting at E'owey, Cornwall. The yacht was capsized in a squall, and Jones was drowned. Goode and Bull succeeded in keeping afloat, bub both were exhausted when rescued. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
