Dear Sirs,—l had a bad attack of lumbago some 1 time ago and was three weeks in bed, attended by a doctor. Last Sunday another severe attack came on, and on Monday I could not move and had to stay in bed. It was like a knife digging in my back all the time, and I never had a wink of sleep all night. On Monday my wife persuaded mo to let her rub Witch’s Oil on my back, and after the first application' the pain was practically gone, and I had a sound sleep that night. I had another application of Witch’s Oil on the Tuesday, and on the following day I was able to do my work as usual, one item of which was to carry 85 bags soda ash, each weighing 2cwt, from the wharf to my cart and from the cart to my store.
