SCOTTISH WILL CASE. A short time a. 20 n- Scottish will case was arirued in the House ci Lords, in which the widow and niece of the testator, were appellants. Between the delivery of judgment against, t.hcm in the ScoUisli Courts and the hearing in the House of Lords, however, the widow died. Special leave w«e given to the niece, •k>gethev with anothei trustee under the winaw'fl will, to go on with the appeal. The judgment, still adverse to the women, was delivered. Before this was given, however, the niece had also died.
