ACTIVITIES OF EXTREMISTS. CONFERENCE OF GOVERNORS. CALCUTTA, July 26. Tho activities of extreme Nationalists, particularly in Bengal and the central provinces, are proving a serious hindrance to the good government of India, it is understood that the Viceroy, Lord Heading, has taken the unusual step of calling a conference of all provincial Governors, to be held in Simla in a few days, for tho purpose of discussing the situation, and considering means of ending the embarrassing complications in provincial administration.
