The Fellowship of the British Empire, the receipts and subscriptions of which amount to £50,000, proposes to allocate £IO,OOO for the purpose of promoting Inter-Imperial relations by means of Empire scholarships ranging from £IOO to £IOOO for young people in Britain, with a view to their settlement overseas.—Reuter.
