CONCERT AT BENEVOLENT INSTITUTION.
An enjoyable concert was given at tho Benevolent Institution last evening by Miss Jimsio Eraser and party. Mr Skipper Jtranois presided. The programme was as follows:—Community sing led by Skipper Francis; pianoforte solo, Mr Upton Harvey; solo, Mrs 'Pointon; dance, Mis* Dily Fox; flute duet, (he. Murray brothers; violin duo. Messrs Archie Fraser and A, Jenkins; solo. Skipper Francis; dance. Miss Irvina MacGregor; violin and piano duel, Mis« Freda Al'Kinlay and Masier (Jyril Walker; fancy dance, Miss Martha Andrews. song and chorus. Misses Meda and Moron Phillips; Irish jig, Miss Essio Johnston. solo, Mrs Bradley; duet. Miss Jimsie Eraser and Mr S. W. Francis: Irish jig,. Miss Joyce Smith; Highland fling, Misses .uilv and Jil Fox, Joyce Snrilh, amt Essie Johnston; Hawaiian guitar selections and stories, Skipper Francis: solo. Master r.ddio Phillips; duet, Messrs Andrew Fraser and Skipper Francis. The accompanists were Mrs Gray, Misses Jimsie Fraser, Vera M’Gregor, and Mr M. Harvey.
