The “Globe” is the only PRIVATE Boarding-house in Cromwell, and carries a good reputation with local residents and the travelling public. It comprises 15 rooms, in addition to a detached cottage. Its accommodation is fully taxed, especially during holiday season. Should expectation regarding the results of the KAWARAU MINING SCHEME come to fruition, Cromwell is sure to boom and become the most important town in Central Otago. The recent death of the Proprietress, necessitating the realisation of her estate, is the only reason for selling. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
