The committee which .s aquiring into the recent mutiny in the army reported that no evidence had been tendered in sumaort of the allegations of incompetence and muddling. Tire committee declared that it found no existence within the army of a body to further personal or political objects or to impose its views on the civil to eminent. It described the reorganisation inside the army of the Irish Republic;;n Brotherhoods as a disastrous error of judgment, and considered that General Mulcahy should have informed the Executive Council of the reorganisation. —A. and N.Z.
