DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. New Zealand Breweries attracted some otten tion on the Dunedin Stock Exchange yesterday when a parcel o£ the Limited stock was turned over at 28a, at both the morning and atternoou calls, tue market closing 101 t- c day with buyers quoting 27a t)d and seller 28s. Debentures ol this stock were in demand at 20s 9d, but eellcra lulled to i« 3 l 30 ““; National Bank old issues were sought alter at £6 9s. but sellers would not quit at ics than £6 15s. New issues were inquired for at £6 Gs, but sellers asked tor £6 Ids, which was too wide to permit ol business being done. A parcel of Electrolytic Zincs (del. oud) changed hands at 23s 3d, the tiamm«i falling with buyers at 22s 9d and sellc: - ut 23s 6d.
