FALMOUTH, June 15.—Arrived: Port Curtis, from Wellington. .*> % The aHin Lino steamer Trecarroll, which has been discharging sulphur and petrol at Port Chalmers for a week, is to leave this morning to continue her discharge at Sydney. The Waihemo, from Newcastle, via Wellington, docked at Port Chalmers yesterday for inspection as to whether damage had been sustained when she bumped at Newcastle. An inspection disclosed a few loose rivets in the bottom amidships. The Gale, from Lyttelton, which arrived Jicre last night, is to sail to-day for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Dorset sailed yesterday afternoon lor Sydney, where she will commence loading for Great Britain. The Waikouaiti is to sail to-morrow for Lyttelton, Timaru, and Sydney. The Kawatiri, with a full cargo of Newcastle coal is due here to-morrow. On completing discharge she will dock at Port Chalmers for cleaning and painting. _ The Opihi, from Wellington, is due here on Friday, and, after discharge, she will dock for cleaning and painting. She will then return to Dunedin to load for Nelson and New Plymouth, via port*. The Flora hae been further delayed at Napier owing to bad weather, and is now due here about Friday to load for Oamaru, Timaru, Lyttelton, and Napier. The Karon is to load coal at Gneymouth and Westport this week for Tokomo.ru Bay, Gisborne, and Napier. The Kauri is at present loading a coal cargo at Newcastle for Bluff. The Waipori ie scheduled to load at Edithburg, Adelaide, and Wallaroo this week for Dunedin, Lyttelton, and Wellington. The City of Adelaide is to sail to-day for Fremantle, whore she will complete discharge of her New York cargo. KAKAPO, PROM WALPOLE ISLAND. The Union Company advises that the Kakapo, with a cargo of phosphates from Walpole Island, is duo here about July 10. NATTER LIGHT REPLACED. The Marino Department advises that the light on the western pier in the inner harbouo at Napier, which was washed away recently, has been replaced on a skeleton etrUOture 70ft south of the original position. TEKOA REPORTED. The Now Zealand Shipping Company has received cabled advice that the Tekoa, which left Wellington on May 23, arrived at Panama on Juno 12, and left Colon on June 13 en route for London. RAMA FOR NIUE ISLAND. Tile Rama’s next trip to Niue Island has been postponed until .July. It is announced that the Rama is being fitted with wireless. RECOMMISSIONING THE RONA. The Colonial Sugar Refining Company’s uteamcr Roma, after being laid up at Sydney since the end of February, is being recommissioned. She will proceed to Newcastle to load coal for Fiji and will load a cargo ol raw sugar later at the Islands for Auckland. DEVONPOET AND LAUNCESTON TRADE. It is, announced by the Union Company that there is a possibility of fixing a vessel to load chaff at Devonport at the end of June. She will complete loading at Melbourne and leave there the first week in July for Auckland RIMU REPLACES NGATIAWA. The Northern Company's steamer Ngafiawa arrived from Onehunga and Hokianga this ramming to undergo annual overhaul. She ie being replaced in the West Coast service by the Rimu, which left Auckland last Friday for Hokianga and Onehunga. THE ROTORUA. The Now Zealand Shipping Company's liner Rotorua arrived at Napier on Friday morning from Auckland to continue loading. She left Napier on Monday night for Lvttelton and Wellington, and is due at Wellington on Saturday. The Rotorua will sail from Wellington on June 23 for Southampton. and London, via Panama. CABPSEY WITH SUGAR. According to advice received by the Colonial Sugar Refining Company, the steamer CarpseJ, formerly the Auatralpeak, left Java on May 30 with a cargo of raw sugar for Auckland. She is due at Auckland to-morrow. MOTOR SHIP NORDHO. The Huddart-Parkor Company has been appointed a«ent for a new 12-cylinder motor ship, the Nordho, which was built in 1923 by A. K. T. Buimoisir and Wain, at Copenhagen. The agents announce that the steamer i» due to load at Seattle and Vancouver about June 24 for Auckland, Wellington, Timaru, and Dunedin. The Nordho nj built of steel, with twin screws, and a gross tonnage of 4500 tone, her dimensions being; Length 300 ft, breadth 53ft, depth 25ft. Up to the present time the only motor ship that has been engaged in trade to New Zealand waters is the Union Company’s Hnuraki. The Nordho will therefore be the second of tne Hew type to visit New Zealand ports.

Cabled news has been received that the Chungwha Navigation Company's steamer Ling Nam en route from South American ports, cleared Papeete for Auckland on Tuesday of last week and is duo at Auckland to-day. Tho Island steamer Tofua left Auckland on Saturday for tho Western Pacific Islands, and will observe the following itinerary diming her Island cruise;—Arrive Suva Juno 19, depart 20; arrive Apia 22, depart 23; arrive Vavau 26, Haapai 27, Nukualofa 28, Suva 30, depart July 2 for Auckland, arriving back hers on. July 7. CANADIAN SCOTTISH. The Canadian Government steamer Canadian Scottish, 5334 tons, Captain A. Fotflon, arrived at Auckland on Thursday from Vancouver. The vessel loaded lumber and produce at Vancouver and sailed on May 18, experiencing » fair weather and unevcntiui voyage across the Pacific. She has 5011,009 ft of lumber for discharge et Auckland and 600 tons of oats, in addition to about 40 cases of veneer and a quantify of general cargo. The Waiotapu, from Vancouver and Ocean Falls, flailed from San Francisco on Monday, June 9, for Auckland, Newcastle, Sydney, and Melbourne. Sbe is due at Auckland about Thursday, July 3. The Wairuna, from Pacific Coast ports, via Auckland, Wellington, and Sydney, left Newcastle on Saturday for Melbourne to complete discharge. She loads at Melbourne and Geelong for Auckland, en route to Vancouver and San Francisco.
