Maria Brooks, £3 on an account stated (costa, £1 3s 6d); Martha Dawson v. Wm. Edvard IVnson, IKs, balance of account (costs, 16s); Campbell Bros. y. Victor JiUDua, lls id, loi goods (costs, t)s) ; W. Henderson v. G. Smith, £1 5s on an account stated (costs, Ss). Reddell? (Ltd.) v. William Millar, eon. (Tokoiti). —Claim under a judgment for £5 jfis 6d, balance duo for goods supplied from July, 1012, t'i October, 1922. —After plaintiff and defendant hud eivon evidence, plaintiff was nonsuited.
