MILTON RAILWAY STATION
SiK,—ln the Otago Daily Times of the Hth inst. there was a letter drawing attention to the had lighting of Milton station. There is another even more important matter that requires to be brought to the notice of the authorities —that is, the existence of quite out-of-date lavatories in Unladies’ waiting room. I hate travelled on the railways'll! both islands, hut I have never anywhere else come across such disgust illg places as are tit Milton. It astonTshes me that the health authorities have not condemned them long ago. It is time they were replaced by a water system.—l. am, etc., Hvcikxk. .Juno 13.
