POSSI BII.ITV OF BOTH. LONDON, Juno 5. “Marriage is generally one of the obstacles to a successful career,’’ Viscountess Rhondda told tho Parents’ National .Education Union. In discussing tho choice of a career, tho speaker added that the country which told a large proportion of its men and women to choose between marriage and the career that was most useful to the community and best for themselves was doing a stupid thing. Civilisation, she said, should have discovered a way to allow them tho career they desired as well as marriage.
