THE WEATHER.
Although the weather was bright and fine yesterday, it was exceedingly cold, and there was a very sharp frost during the night. The thermometer registered a minimum of 29 degrees and a maximum of degrees, lire frost —three points—was the severest experienced in Dunedin this winter, and again, last night, it was very cold, with every indication of another sharp frost. The barometer remained steady.
