ACCOUNTANCY TANGLE
FRAUD CHARGE FAILS. LONDON, May 30. Parker Evans, editor of the Pink ’Un, fho was charged with having obtained money by means of false pretences, has been acquitted. It was stated that ho had no intention to defraud. Tlroro had been only an accountancy tangle. Tho charge arose in connection with the payment of wages and the disposal of money paid for sporting tips which the paper supplied.
