MEETING OF COUNCIL. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON. Juno 12. At a meeting of the Council of the New Zealand Football Association to-night the life suspension on 11. L. Litton (Auckland) was removed at the request of the Auckland Association. Permission was granted to play the Auck land v. South Auckland Drown Shield match at the Auckland Domain on July 12. Guarantees for the Chinese tour were received from Southland (£100) and Hawke's Da v (£45). A Schools’ Football Association was established tit Huntley to promote the Association game in tbe schools, and a silver cup was provided for competition. Eight entries were received. Tbe. suspension of N. M’Arthur, of tbe Y.M.C.A. Club (Wellington) from taking part in the Chatham Cup games was removed.
