FRIENDS MUST DIE. THE TRUSTEES LIVE ON. You maj' appoint as your executor and trustee a friend in whom you have ail confidence. He may die before his duties are ended, which would necessitate the appointment ’of another person whom you may not desire to ,have administering- your affairs. If your trust is a long one, the deplorable process may require frequent repetition, with heavy expense at each change. Then,, again, you may appoint an individual who may decline to act, and renounce.
