' Hilton Cre-sswell, aged 33. was charged ’ with breaking and entering the residence of ' Mrs Margaret Mood" aged 91, with intent to commit a crime, and with assaulting Mrfe Moody with intent to commit rape, • Evidence was given that accused tried to force unwelcome attention on another woman without success.
