CONCILIATION COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS. BREAKDOWN IN NEGOTIATIONS. (Peu United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 11. Though the Conciliation Council assessors in the dispute, between the Ironmasters’ Federation and the unions on the dominion award question this morn in g got down to a discussion on the actual clauses m the claims the proceedings did not get past the hours clauses, and a complete breakdown in the negotiations resulted.
