THE KATO CABINET. PERSONNEL ANNOUNCED. Preti Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. TOKIO, June 10. (Received June 11, at 8.50 p.m.) After a consultation between Viscount Kate, Baron Takahnshi, and Mr Inukai, the new Cabinet was announced as follows : —■ Prime Minister, Viscount Kato. Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr Shidehara. Minister of Homo Affairs, Mr Wakateuki. Minister of Finance, Mr Hamaguchi. Minister of War, General Ugaki. Minister of the Navy, Admiral Takarabe. Minister of Justice, Mr Yokota. Minister of Agriculture. Viscount Takahashi. Minister of Communications, Mr Inukai. Minister of Railways, Mr Sengoku. Minister of Education, Dr Okada. It is noteworthy that Viscount Taka-, hashi and Mr Inukai, lenders of the Seiyukai and Kaknshin clubs respectively, have been content with lesser portfolios. The new Minister of Justice is a member of the Seiyaikai Club, and tho Minister of Education is a peer.—Renter.
